BD Diesel Aluminum Cam Plate for Bosch 7100 Fuel PumpCommonly known as a "cam plate", BD's Fuel Stop Plate controls the rack travel, which affects the amount of fuel the Bosch 7100 fuel pump delivers. Six different ramp designs enable power gains from 30 to 150 hp and 70 to 300 foot pounds of torque. This unit comes with a calibrated boost tube orifice to improve turbo performance by increasing boost. This is done by releasing a calibrated amount of air before the wastegate to allow the wastegate to hold longer, effectively increasing boost.NOTE: Requires dis-assembly of fuel pump. All modifications must be done by a qualified pump technician otherwise damage could result, excessive heat/smoke could be generated and/or poor performance may occur.NOTE: Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway
